Wade + Lauren

I had the opportunity to shoot my husband's best friend, Wade, and his fiance, Lauren, on Saturday! We've known Wade a long time. My hubby and him are fraternity brothers (big and little) were roommates, in our wedding party, and been very involved with our family and my little one! We love him so much! He is marrying the sweet sweet Lauren in January! She truly is a blessing for him. They are so cute together and so much in love. Seeing Wade as the perfect gentleman and so caring with her is awesome! I love seeing Adam's friend's "grow up" from the crazy party days of college to the mature business/family men they are becoming! Ha! Welcome to the family Lauren! Camden's 1st Birthday

This Saturday, we headed to El Campo for my nephew's 1st birthday. Camden had an Elmo birthday with an adorable cake with almond icing (yummy!) He got lots of fun stuff--lots of cars and monster trucks! Oh, and BUBBLES! Marley and Jackson really liked those! They also both liked the pool (although it was freezing--they didn't care!) Jack and Marley played in the water for a long time in their "skivvies"(although we had their stuff in the car, they weren't about to wait for us to change them), then Camden joined in his trunks for a bit. Camden's 1st Birthday

A Big Texas Night...

A few weeks ago, after Jackson's birthday, my mom and dad, Stacey and Adam and I decided to go to see Roger Creager at Big Texas. And then, Elizabeth wanted to go too, so we made a group event out of it. Our friend Greg was still in town before his 1st deployment to Afghanistan, so a BUNCH of us headed out to dance and DRINK DRINK DRINK! This is also the night I got my new little camera so I was taking a lot of "self" pictures!
