Barton + Courtney + Delaney
This gorgeous family has graced this blog many times! This past weekend, we got a chance to get out and FINALLY get some family shots, and some couple shots too! Miss Delaney (Jackson's birthday twin) was a little fussy, so I didn't get as many of her cute face as I wanted to, but I'm sure we'll make it to the zoo for a play date, and we'll get lots then. Bart is a big UT fan, so of course, the family who cheers together, stays together, right?! Ha! And I just love the Mommy and Me dresses that my girls wore--so cute! Here are my favs from our session on Sunday night:

Chad + Amy + Baby Addyson
I got to photograph this cute family on Saturday morning, on one of our trips to my husband's hometown of El Campo. For the past 3 months, we've been trying to get into the corn fields and cotton fields with this precious baby girl, but with all the rain, it hasn't happened! The Hoover's were nice enough to let us use their property to get some shots of the happy parents (they didn't get engagements done, so we made up for lost time!), the family, and the gorgeous Adddyson, 4 months old! Isn't she a looker! She was an excellent sport--never once cried or fussed or gave me a bad look! So cute! We even got to hang out with a bull and then watch her pee--her name was Daisy! She's their pet bovine (I think that's what they're called? Not sure--I'm a city girl! My hubby--country boy! You know what they say about opposites!)Here are my favs:

Will + Hillary
After fighting traffic, I finally made it to The Woodlands for Hillary and Will's engagement session. This is the aunt of Jackson's birthday twin, Delaney! Hillary and Will live in Mississippi where Will attends med school (studying the brain), and Hillary is getting ready for law school! A doctor and a laywer--what more could you want in your family! One of each! We had so much fun--although with all the driving out to the barn and then back to Market Street, we all got a bit tired and hungry, but I'm glad we got the images at the barn perfect--love the lighting and the foliage! Here are a few of my favs:

Labor Day Weekend
Last weekend, Adam wanted to go fishing. That's all I heard about all weekend. We had the MOST RELAXING couple of days. I did not turn my computer on, and hadn't even touched my camera until he convinced me to go with him and "watch". Yup, doesn't that sound like fun!? So we invited my Dad along too, and left Jack Jack and Grandma and Aunt Tacey at the house. On the way down there, I thought, "We are going to Texas City--there is NOTHING in the world to photograph." So I whined a little, and Adam stopped so that I could buy some trashy gossip magazines. When we got to "the spot", I took out my camera and played around with the built in settings: contrast, saturation, sharpness, etc. Here are some of the images I took--they are right out of the camera with no Photoshop! Nothing exciting, just some stuff I saw while wandering around on the shoreline in Texas City....
